Behold

Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year! It’s filled with lights and sights and sounds and colors that fill our hearts and homes with warmth and wonder. But, above all, the greatest sight to behold and the greatest story to ponder is the One who Scripture calls Immanuel—“God with us.” This Christmas, we’re going to behold the beauty and glory of an Heir and a Son who became a King and a Savior. According to the Gospel of Matthew, the story of Christmas begins with a family tree—a genealogy—which traces God’s faithfulness through the ages and Jesus’ humanness through all generations as the royal and legal Heir of all things!
